This is House of Payne's starter for the biggest of big block Chevrolet's it features a true 3 HP motor,a custom made billet mounting plate, and a severe duty sprag drive assembly. This starter is compatible with 139 Tooth flexplates only (ie J&W,CSR,Meziere). This starter has been tested on engines exceeding 800 CI with awesome results. If you have a Big Cubic Inch Engine and 16 volts then this is the starter for you.
